I accidentally cancelled my order and reached out to support about the refund. To be fair, it wasn’t instant, but they got it sorted within a few days and I didn’t have to chase them much. Overall, smooth and no real hassle.

"Slow customer service was frustrating"
The food was fine, nothing amazing but okay. What really annoyed me was the customer service. I messaged them about a missing item and had to wait way too long for a reply. By the time they got back to me, I was already fed up, and the response didn’t even feel helpful. It seemed like some copy-paste answer.

"Everything just felt right"
I ordered from KFC Türkiye and it went really well. The order was exactly what I asked for, no missing sauces, no random wrong items, nothing weird like that. The food was still warm too, which made a big difference. It’s kind of a simple thing, but it really hit the spot and I was genuinely happy with it.

My chicken was barely warm and the fries were totally cold by the time it got to me. The flavor was actually okay, but it’s just not enjoyable eating it like that. Weirdly, I remember the fries were all kind of stuck to one side of the box, like it had been sitting tilted for a while

"Finally, a delivery experience that didn’t annoy me"
Ordered from kfcturkiye.com the courier was great. He called before arriving, found the address without turning it into some huge drama like couriers sometimes do, and handed over the food properly. It was raining too, and he was still polite, which I appreciate because some people act like you personally caused the weather. Food was warm, delivery was on time, and the guy was professional. No complaints at all. 5 stars for the courier.

"KFC Turkey coupons actually came through"
Tried the coupons for KFC Turkey and they worked without any hassle, which was a nice surprise. Saved a bit of cash on my order, so no complaints there. Weirdly, I still remember the receipt printing super slowly like it was thinking about life, but the discount showed up fine.

"They never seem to have the wraps"
I’ll admit I’m biased because wraps are usually my go-to, but it’s frustrating that they never seem to be available whenever I try to order. I keep hoping it’s just a one-time thing, but it’s happened enough that I don’t really count on the menu anymore.

I ordered from kfcturkiye.com and, the food arrived like it had survived a small journey through chaos. The bag was sealed properly, nothing was missing, and everything was packed neatly, which already felt like a win.
The only plot twist was the fries box getting a bit soft, plus one sauce deciding to leak a little inside the bag. It wasn’t a disaster, just a mildly messy scene. Overall, the packaging did its job well enough, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Way faster than I thought"
I ordered from kfcturkiye.com and I wasn’t expecting it to show up that quickly, but it did. I think it was around 25 minutes total, maybe even a little less, and the food was still hot when it got here, which is always the thing I worry about. Also the courier found the address without calling me a bunch of times, which was a nice surprise because that usually happens for some reason. Overall it was just easy and fast, so yeah, happy with it and I’d order again.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I used the app and the website to place an order, and it was simple. The menus loaded quickly, checkout was clear enough, and finding the nearest KFC wasn’t a hassle. Everything just kind of worked the way I expected.
